Arcana, by definition, is a secret and powerful remedy. With the medicinal powers of cannabis in mind, we decided to call our brand Arcanna Flowers to recognize the mental, spiritual and physical healing that can come from this plant.

Hello! We are Jamie and Chiah, second-generation cultivators, a husband and wife team. We are just starting our 26th cultivation season together. Our family still lives in a back-to-the-land community where we both grew up, and both of our fathers have cultivated for decades. Mendocino County is world renowned for heritage cultivation for over five decades now! We are proud to be a part of the fabric of this community, holding up and passing on the legacy. We grow and breed our unique, proprietary line of cultivars at River Txai Farms in Redwood Valley, CA. As founders of Mendocino Generations and Arcanna Flowers, formed in 2015, we pride ourselves on the unique cultivars, perfect terroir, and appellation for cannabis, as well as our regenerative gardening style.

When we began this journey, we formed a collective of farmers called Mendocino Generations. Through trials and tribulations of this volatile industry, many of our original members, as well as the organization itself were not able to make it through cumbersome regulations and the volatility of the industry.

Mendocino Generations was formed as an alliance of legal, permitted farms in Mendocino County working together to grow, breed, and create organic and biodynamic herbal medicines. Our multi-generational farmers had been cultivating in the area for nearly 50 years, crafting high-quality, artisanal cannabis. Our focus was on quality, not quantity; these farmers grew small batches and cultivated based on their unique appellations and micro-climates. Through our alliance and our former farmer brand, Mendocino Generations, we produced two product lines: Arcanna Flowers and Mendocino Generations Flowers. Both were grown organically, using sustainable practices and with an unrelenting commitment to transparency and quality.

These days, we have changed our focus and are working to expand the Arcanna Flowers line-up instead and offer special cultivars by working with some of the Mendo Gen farmers who still remain. You will still see the Mendocino Generations Logos on our flower as we honor the lineage and the county we call home. Mendocino Grown Cannabis is world-renowned, after all!
